HITE has been extensively working in the field of developing modules for importing and exporting CCDA (Consolidated Care Document Architecture) XML files for secure exchange of clinical summaries, discharge summaries, and various such components of health information. We have already developed modules to process (inward/outward) CCDA files from one system to other systems.
Our developed solutions can be integrated with any EMR/EHR by simple integration and mapping process and will work as an integral module of the system. We have been ensuring all the latest standards as per § 170.205(a)(3) for the electronic transfer of care summary. We have hands-on experience with vocabulary used in these documents, such as ICD9, ICD10, CPT, SNOMED, LOINC, RX Norms, and other such coding systems.
HITE ensures inclusion of Common MU Data Sets in the documents i.e. demographics, smoking status, medications, allergies, lab tests, results, vitals, care plan, goals, encounter diagnoses, referral, and discharge summaries etc.
